I'm Lauren, a career and leadership coach who believes your career and your life aren't separate. You can't really talk about one without the other.

My path here wasn't straight. North Carolina roots, roles spanning university management, the safari industry, and international development all shaped how I think about work, ambition, and what it actually means to grow.

Today I work as a Director at IECL, one of the world's leading executive coaching firms, where I collaborate with multinational corporations to embed best-in-class coaching into their leadership culture. I live inside the world of high-performance coaching at a strategic level, which means when you work with me privately, you get that insider perspective without the corporate price tag.
